Gus Rigoli
Chief Executive Officer

Gus Rigoli is a pioneer in the maquiladora industry, having developed the very first Collectron Shelter Plan program in Nogales, Sonora in 1968. Over the course of his distinguished career, Gus’ vast knowledge and sage counsel, along with Collectron’s Shelter Plan Program, have helped launch 200 companies in Sonora.
An active advocate for the State of Sonora, Gus’ expertise in manufacturing and maquiladora operations is unmatched. His knowledge is sought from investors and company leaders around the world. Gus has been honored with many awards, including the 1998 Businessman of the Year Award in the State of Sonora, Mexico. This is the only time the award has been awarded to an American citizen. Gus has served as the president of the Nogales, Sonora Maquiladora Association in years past.
Maria Elena Rigoli
President

Maria Elena has grown up in the industry for the past 28 years, and has been personally involved in the start-up and management of 125 companies in Mexico. You are soon aware that she is fully immersed in and dedicated to knowledge of your product and the importance of understanding many cultures, vital for the successful transfer of technology. Maria Elena works with the City and State Chambers of Commerce and with the City and State Maquiladora Associations. Maria Elena is the Director of the Technical University of Sonora (Tech School), which trains many technicians for the Maquila Industry.
Maria Elena’s achievements have not gone unnoticed. In 2007, she was named Businessperson of the Year by the State of Sonora; Maria Elena was the first woman to be thus honored. Thereafter, Maria Elena was named one of 2010’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Mexico by CNN Expansión Magazine. She is the first woman in the State of Sonora to receive this award, affirming her status as a steadfast business leader. Additionally, Maria Elena is a member of the Board of Directors of Banamex, one of Mexico’s largest banks.

Roberto Moreno
General Manager

Roberto Moreno is a pillar in the Maquiladora Industry, where he has worked since 1970. Bilingual and well-versed in U.S. and Mexican business practices, Roberto has run companies in both the U.S. and Mexico during his extensive, 40-year career. Prior to joining Collectron, Roberto most recently served as President of M&M Manufacturing in Tucson, Arizona. He also led executive manufacturing efforts for distinguished companies such as MRI, ECCO and Memorex.
In his current role with Collectron International Management, Inc., Roberto works with clients daily and oversees all operations for Collectron’s facilities across the state of Sonora. He is an integral part of all strategic planning. Roberto is a trusted leader, and is often looked to for expert solutions to clients’ manufacturing wants and needs. He works tirelessly to ensure production, quality, time management and efficiency, always.
Roberto earned his Associates Degree in Business Administration from LaSalle, a Technology Degree in Electronics from the Bell Institute and a Bachelor of Law degree from the Preparatoria de Nogales.
Humberto Ramírez
Finance Manager, Collectron International Management

Humberto Ramírez has more than fifteen years experience in accounting, and along with his department, handles finance and accounting for all of the Shelter Plan clients. Ramírez is a Certified Public Accountant under the Mexican Public Accountants College, and an active member of the fiscal committee of the Maquiladoras Association (AMS). He received his Accounting Degree from the University of Sonora in Hermosillo.
Ana Maria Gallego de Villanueva
Industrial Relations Manager, Sonitronies S. de R.L. de C.V.

Ana Maria Gallego de Villanueva joined Collectron in 1999 after running her own food services company in Nogales, Sonora. Having successfully owned and run a Mexican corporation, Gallego de Villanueva is very well-versed in Mexico's labor laws, making doing business in Mexico easier and more expedient for Collectron’s clients.
Gonzalo Moreno
Operations Manager, Sonora S. Plan S. de R.L. de C.V. Hermosillo and Santa Ana Division

Gonzalo Moreno joined Collectron in 1984 in the Operations Department. In 1996, after 12 years with Collectron, Moreno left and went to work with CR Baird, gaining extensive experience with the U.S. and Mexican Customs Departments. He returned to Collectron in 2000 as the U.S/Mexican Traffic Manager. Now, as Operations Manager of the Hermosillo and Santa Ana divisions, Moreno conducts and manages all customs operations for Shelter Plan clients, as well as interfacing with the Mexican Customs Bureau, the Ministry of the Economy and the Ministry of Hacienda (IRS).
Fernando Cardoso
Operations Manager, Sonora S. Plan S. de R.L. de C.V. Ciudad Obregón, Sonora.

Fernando has extensive experience in the Maquiladora Industry, having managed a Maquiladora operation in Hermosillo, Sonora that was involved in metal stamping and powder coating. Fernando joined Collectron in 1989 and was responsible for starting up three companies under the Sonora S. Plan in Ciudad Obregón and one company in Hermosillo.
Alejandra Rico
Human Resources Administrative Manager, Sonitronies, S. de R.L. de C.V. Nogales, Division.

Alejandra joined Collectron in 1997 in the Human Resources Department. In 1998, Alejandra joined the Operations Department of Sonitronies as Operations Coordinator, supervising seven client companies, in Shelter Services. In 2004, she performed as Project Manager, specializing in the Expansion and Opening of New Client Facilities. Since 2009, she oversees the Human Resources Department In-Plants, and as of September 2010, leads the Sonitronies Human Resources Area in overall services.
Norma Irene Godoy
Mexican Customs Manager, Sonitronies S. de R.L. de C.V. and Sonora S. Plan S. de R.L. de C.V.

Norma has been involved with Maquiladora Industry since 1975, holding Manager Assistant and Customs Assistant positions. She joined Collectron in 2002 and conducts daily operations and interacting with public dependences such as Ministry of Economy, Tributary Administration Service (SAT), Customs General Administration.
David Ruelas
Controller, Collectron International Management, Maquila International Inc.

David Ruelas has more than 28 years of experience in accounting and, along with his department, handles accounting for Sonora S. Plan S. de R.L. de C.V. , Sonitronies S. de R.L. de C.V., Collectron International Management and Maquila International Inc. Mr. Ruelas joined Collectron in 1984 in the accounting department. He received his Accounting Degree from the University of Sonora in Hermosillo in 1981.
